Selectboard Meetings
The Hartland Selectboard meets on the first and third Mondays of each month at 5:30pm at Damon Hall. When the Monday is a holiday, the meeting will be held the following evening (Tuesday).
Regularly Scheduled Meetings of Town Organizations
The following organizations have regularly scheduled meetings each month:
Town Meeting
Town Meeting is held on the first Tuesday in March, upstairs at Damon Hall. Town articles are voted from the floor starting at 9:00 AM. Town and School Officers and all School articles are voted via Australian Ballot. Polls open 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM downstairs at Damon Hall. Absentee Ballots will be sent only following a formal request.
Planning Commission
The Hartland Planning Commission meets the first Wednesday of each month. Meetings are at the Damon Hall at 6:30 PM. The public is welcome to attend.
Recreation Committee
The Hartland Recreation Committee meets on the 4th Monday at 7:00pm at the Hartland Recreation Center.
School District Directors
The Hartland School Board meets on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:00pm at Hartland Elementary School. The public is welcome to attend.
Library Board of Trustees
The Library Board of Trustees meet at 6:30pm on the third Tuesday of each month at the Hartland Public Library.
Conservation Commission
The Hartland Conservation Commission meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7:00pm at Damon Hall.
