The Hartland Public Library has two meeting rooms available for booking at our library.  Attendance is limited to 50 individuals for the downstairs meeting room, and 8 for the upstairs meeting room.  All programs must be open to the public and no attendance or entry fee may be charged.  Our downstairs meeting room is also available for displays of exhibits and artwork.  Please call the Library at 436-2473, or visit http://www.hartlandlibraryvt.org/meeting-rooms/

 

Damon Hall has an upstairs meeting room with stage and a downstairs common room and kitchen.  Please see below for Damon Hall Rental Policy and Agreement.  All renters that are not Town affiliated must provide a Certificate of Insurance for $1,000,000.00 general liability coverage before a key will be given out.  Damon Hall rental capacity is 150.  Tenant Renter Liability insurance can be purchased at https://app.gatherguard.com/?f=0406
