Appealing assessed values:
If you are appealing your assessed value after your meeting with the Board of Listers (during the grievance period each year) you must submit your appeal in writing to the Clerk of the Board of Civil Authority at the address listed below, with any supporting evidence, within the state mandated timeline (14 days from the date which Result of Grievance notices are sent).
